Anyone remember on July 1 this year when Ophelia Benson left the following comment:

The one thing we get to count on, in a shifting universe, is that there will always be doodz on Justin’s blog giggling about kicking me in the cunt. Always. Always. Always. Because freethought. Because hahaha. Because 4chan. Because they totes said they might be going to change! Because trolling. Because hahahahaha some more. Because guys. Because hey. Because people can be helped (and giving them a place to talk about kicking me in the cunt is the way to do it). Because it’s Sunday. Because it’s the next day. Because hahahahaha again.

There's no particular reason one should be expected to remember, and it can certainly not be found where it was originally left. That's because Ophelia Benson (and some others) managed to get Justin Griffith bullied into deleting all comments that disagreed with the slice of reality that's allowed to glean through over at FfTB. Fortunately, the obsequiously punctilious Michael Kingsford Gray can be depended on in such matters, and his reporting caused some to grow concerned that perhaps Ophelia was suffering mental decline, or a stroke or something.

Well, I woke up this morning as I'm wont to do, whereupon I checked my email as I'm also wont to do. Imagine my excitement at seeing this:

Turned out NOT to be Ophelia. That's John Greg flexing his intellectual muscle. He's managed to get it to register just below 'Ophelia while having a stroke'.  And it's not a particularly high bar to begin with.
